Please remember the MICAH Tribe is still a secret. But get the rumours buzzing - and definitely encourage your LG members to come!! Surprises are in store!! But more important, God has great plans, and there's something He wants to do in each life!

AIGHT! Hello all!
If you're a Tribal Leader (Life Group leader), you've found the place. If you're not, then please keep this website a secret from the Tribe Members (non-leaders) until our opening night!! We want to start big - and in the meantime, we're creating an awesome buzz about it....

Anyway, just keeping you all in the loop with things:
What was called "Coach group meetings" in 2005 are now referred to as "Networks". So every time Clayton mentions it, you won't be clueless. However, we're going to be different. We'll have "Networks" according to records, but we'll just call it "Tribal Meetings" (or "tribal counsel" if you really are that desperate).
Anyway, in saying that, our First Tribal Meeting will take place in 4 weeks time:

I'm expecting many new faces - and the purpose of this meeting will be for each of us to get to know each other - and yes, start breaking out of the box and talk to those outside of your Life Groups, and especially to those who are new! It will be an informal night - with the exception of me casting the vision for the coach (hopefully not taking more than 20mins), and perhaps getting a few of the tribal leaders to pray as well.

Cool!! Certainly looking forward to it!

“Dear God, I pray that You will empower me. Grant me the wisdom and anointing to lead the people You have entrusted me with. I pray that the things I believe, think, say and do are aligned to You alone. I know I’m still a human and I’m bound to make mistakes, but I pray that You will guide me in every way. Keep me from straying from the path to which You have called me. I pray that Your presence will fill me to overflowing, that the words I say when I teach and the actions I do as I behave will reflect what’s on Your heart. I pray that as I preach, the words and thoughts that do not edify You, will not be uttered or manifested. Close my mind to what You detest, and open it to the mysteries You are about to unveil.

I pray for my group even right now before it starts, that Your Holy Spirit will work in their lives. I pray that You will stir in them a passion to serve You in all that they do, and the passion to run the race together with a group of people whose heart is bent on pursuing You! I pray that You will energise those who have been weary, those who are taking a break or rest, and those who have yet to run. I pray that in each awesome individual, You will create a hunger:

• to reach a new level of MATURITY,
• to develop a spirit if INCLUSIVENESS,
• to face a new degree of CHALLENGE,
• to stretch towards a new standard of ACCOUNTABILITY, and
• to cry out to You for a new HEART.

Thank You Lord, for the privilege to serve You even if it means putting my life on the line. In the name of Jesus, Amen.”
